DayVonna Gill is an experienced educator and operations specialist with a strong background in special education, applied behavior analysis, and program management. She holds a Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Peter’s University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. As Operations Manager for The Raiqwon O’Neal Foundation, DayVonna leverages her expertise in organization, team leadership, and program execution to advance the foundation’s initiatives.
