Born and raised in Conway, South Carolina, Raiqwon O’Neal is a testament to the power of perseverance, faith, and giving back. As the youngest of three children, he grew up with a strong sense of community and family values that have guided him throughout his journey—both on and off the field.

Before becoming a professional football player, Raiqwon excelled academically and athletically. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Art and a Minor in Labor Studies. His passion for football was evident early on, earning him recognition as the seventeenth-best player from South Carolina before he committed to Rutgers University. After starting 34 games, he earned All-Big Ten Conference honors and later transferred to UCLA, where he continued to develop as an elite offensive tackle.

In 2023, Raiqwon achieved his dream of playing at the professional level, signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent. However, beyond the accolades and achievements in football, Raiqwon’s heart has always been set on making a difference in the lives of others.

Raiqwon’s passion for giving back started in his youth and deepened during a missionary trip to the Dominican Republic, where he witnessed firsthand the power of service and community upliftment. Since then, he has remained committed to using his platform to mentor, inspire, and create opportunities for young people who may not have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
