Understanding the importance of mentorship, education, and faith-driven guidance, Raiqwon founded The Raiqwon O’Neal Foundation in 2024 with a mission to empower children and adolescents to dream beyond their circumstances. Through initiatives like mentorship, education, community out reach, athletic development, and inclusive programming. He hopes to instill confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in the next generation.

Through this Foundation, Raiqwon O’Neal is proving that true success isn’t just measured by personal achievements, but by the lives we impact along the way.
